  • Non-Local Customers: Securely ship your device following our provided instructions.

  • We’ll provide an estimated cost and discuss pricing.

  • Trade-ins are accepted as partial payment, and we also buy/recycle broken devices.

4. Inspection & Service

  • We’ll inspect your device, confirm the issue, and complete the necessary repairs or upgrades.

  • If anything unexpected arises, we’ll contact you before proceeding.

5. Testing, Payment & Return

  • We rigorously test your device and provide final service updates.

  • After payment, we’ll return or arrange pickup for your device, ensuring it’s ready for use.
